The Famous Bervie fish and chip shop is on the A90 and is a good cheap and friendly place to have a bite to eat. There are pensioners meals & special meals which are good value for example the pensioner meal consists of a choices of different main courses with a soup starter or a sweet course after the main course. There is tea and bread included with this offer for just £4.95
The food is cooked daily so is always fresh and they also do a glutton free battered fish for those who have glutton intolerances and they also make their own version of tartar sauce.
Phone in orders are welcome 01356-630363 if you have a party of more than 6 you can make a party booking and gain a 10% discount. The place can sit up to 50.
There is too much to go into so I have put a choice of 2 menus below one is a carry out menu and the other is the sit in menu there opening hours are 7 days a week 12pm-5pm but are open till 9pm just on weekdays Mon-Fri but last orders for to sit in is 8.30pm.
All meals are served with Chips, Bread & Butter and Tea, Coffee or a small drink.
