Charity Karaoke Night.

Saturday 14th November 2009.  (8 till late).

Picture of Wilma Whyte singing her heart out with Mandy Corbett.

In aid of funds for "Angus Threeway Fund Raisers"

*Angus Cancer Care  *Multiple Sclerosis  *Childlink*

Well Arthur and Agnes Boath and Ruby and I all went to this Karaoke event and we had a ball.

Ruby seen below went up singing for the charity and she sang "I beg your pardon I never promised you a rose garden".

Ruby singing along at the Karaoke.

The night was full of fun and laughter which was held in the Toll Booth in Forfar,  The owner (Diane something or other not sure of her name) ran the Karaoke and she really entertained us all.

Ruby my wife, and Mandy Corbett both singing at the Karaoke.

There was a buffet laid on during the course of the evening as well.

This was most welcome as we were all quite peckish through the course of the night.  The picture shown to the right shows Mandy Corbett singing along with Ruby.  The Karaoke night made about £100 which was not bad if you consider it was a Saturday Night which meant there were probably a few good things on in town.

The next picture shows Wilma singing "I wanna be Bobby's Girl.

Picture of Wilma Whyte singing at the Karaoke.

Unfortunately the pictures shown are quite blurry but bear in mind they were taken on Arthurs Mobile phone.

The other thing that made the picture hard to take was the fact that Wilma was swaying all over the place (as shown in the top picture this was where Wilma was singing with Mandy Corbett a real good singer) obviously they were both putting all their hearts in to the song.
